1. The fees appear at the very end lf the process, while it's showing a cheaper 'total' all the way through.
2. Payed extra for a next day delivery, but because of the weather it was delayed - WITHOUT ANY NOTIFICATION. I called the customer service and was promised a partial refund, which is fair.

Hopefully it gets there by tonight. Last year it was a day late.
Flowers got there on time. I wish st least one of the Lille's would have been open. Otherwise flowers. Looked great.

If the flowers are are nice as the web-site, this has been a good experience. A little shocked at the almost $15.00 processing fee. That should be included in your base price, so that it's not such a hit at check-out time.

My order was a day late. Called about order and didn't receive the customer service I expected. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told the were all tied up and would give me a call back. I never received a call. I will drive to my local florist in the future.
