First time trying online ordering for flowers. The party I sent them to received them with good reviews. They were delivered on time and the arrangement was lovely.
1. The fees appear at the very end lf the process, while it's showing a cheaper 'total' all the way through.
2. Payed extra for a next day delivery, but because of the weather it was delayed - WITHOUT ANY NOTIFICATION. I called the customer service and was promised a partial refund, which is fair.
Hopefully it gets there by tonight. Last year it was a day late.

My order was a day late. Called about order and didn't receive the customer service I expected. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told the were all tied up and would give me a call back. I never received a call. I will drive to my local florist in the future.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
