Easy to shop, free shipping was great but flowers a little pricy to make up for it.
I believe you should already indicate initially how much the service/handling fee is. This is my first time to order on this webite, and if it goes well, i will always order from here if i need flowers to be delivered.

Promised same day delivery and didn't fulfil. But hey! I was refunded a whole three dollars for my trouble. So happy my birthday gift arrived the next day. Meaning not on her birthday.
If I had known they couldn't make the date, I would have gone somewhere else. By the time you alerted me you couldn't fulfil my order, it was past 2p... making it almost impossible to find someone who could get It there. Why even advertise same day?

Site not easy to navigate had to enter information several different times. I paid with Paypal and still had to enter in all information. Not sure about the 20% off as it appears that was price before entering in email. The flowers I picked out to have delivered were beautiful on the site I hope they are when she receives them! Thanks for asking for feedback! Now its asking me for my email again to do follow up. I have already given it multiple times! GEEZ! Please do not call.
