The delivery (same day) was excellent. My mother loved the birds of paradise arrangement that I ordered for her birthday. My only issue: I chose the premium option, which is described on the site as containing "even more blooms and are designed with greater selectivity in floral variety." The deluxe option is described as "Flowers will be arranged as similarly to our website picture as possible." What I received reminds me of what I saw on the website. So for this reason, I gave 3 stars for the price that was paid. Maybe for some products, don't offer the premium option if it's not truly possible for the customer to recognize why they elected to pay more. Next time, I will just stick with deluxe. (The arrangement was really beautiful by the way.)
