On Monday, yesterday, I had to contact customer service when I realized that the flowers I ordered for my friend who lost her father, were not delivered on Sunday. Customer service did a great job contacting the florist and gave me a coupon/discount. My friend received her flowers yesterday.

The flowers were delivered a day earlier than scheduled, which is understandable since we were expecting snow. However, the flowers she received were not the flowers I ordered. The time before, she received the ones I ordered, but the incorrect size, she received the smallest one available.

Update: My friend loved the sympathy flowers she received! They added some purple in it, and that happened to be her grandma's favorite color, so that made them even more special to her. I feel bad saying that personally I didn't like them as much as her, but she really liked them and that is all that matters! I will definitely be ordering flowers from here again.
I ordered flowers to be delivered on Jan 15th unfortunately they were delivered on the 8th very disappointed but they did redeliver a new arrangement on the 15th to resolve the problem
I was not expecting 14.99 fee on top of flower fee. Hoping flowers will be beyond expectation. Arrangement was supposed to have sunflowers. It did not. That was a big part of why I chose that one.

I got a picture from my sister of the flowers you delivered. I like one side of the arrangeme t but when I saw the other side it didn't pop. The flowers were pretty, but I didn't like how they are arranged.
Why did my flower order say $31.99 and then after I put in my payment info go to $39.99. My mother called me and said the flowers were lovely but she didn't know what to expect because I was the one ordering them for her as a surprise. My mom told me what was in her bouquet but it wasn't what I have seen in the picture. I'm not sure what happened? She said she had bright blue babies breath but I thought in the picture it was bright blue lilies or some other kinds of actual flowers. The delivery time was at the very end of the day if it could've just been sooner I thought I had paid a little more for 4.99 to have it delivered sooner. Lastly, I agreed to share my email to receive an additional percentage off. But afterwords it's stated I will have a $12 credit for next time but now that credit time is running out it's kind of unfair but I am satisfied just not highly satisfied thank you for making my mother happy I've very much appreciate it

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
