I ordered these flowers for my mothers birthday, which was today, and the site said the you guys "closed" or what not, at 6pm...she didnt receive her flowers til 6:07. They turned out beautiful so I am grateful for that, but I didnt spend money for her to get them that late...so, Im not sure if there was a spot to put a specific drop off time, but that would be good to know...b/c I had her wait at home all day until she got them. Also, it would be nice to be able to speak with someone when you call the number. When 530 rolled around and she had still not gotten them, I called.
I bought around $120 on what I was getting but when I track the package it says half of the stuff got cut out and I'm only getting $65 worth (after paying). Then on top of that I ordered it 1 1/2 months prior to the delivery date but it never came in. I tried to contact them but they just hung up on me every time. Because of this my girlfriend thought I forgot her birthday and we broke up. And I cant help anything because I am deployed to Afghanistan.

Sorry, when you order an item for 39.99 and think that is all, it is disappointing to add $15 handling and then tax and wind up paying $60. It is very misleading.

Shopping experience was good. I wish that there was a section that allowed your to narrow down the bouquet options by color. More variety in bouquets would be nice as well. With regards to how the item arrived, instead of arriving on the day that it was scheduled to arrive, it arrived the day after. When a picture of the flowers were sent to me (because it was sent as a surprise to someone else), the flowers did not look like the flowers that I ordered. It appeared to have been put together in a rush. There was way to much greenery fillers and not enough actual flowers. The person that received the flowers did say that they did smell nice. Overall, I will not be ordering from this company in the future.

When I arrived at the funeral home and saw the spray for the first time, I was very pleased with the appearance of the arrangement. The quality of the flowers and freshness were great. There was a little more greenery showing than in the original online picture but not too much, and I liked the addition of the winter red berries. Thank you for your assistance with honoring my loved one appropriately. It was a lovely arrangement. I think she would have been pleased.
