The delivery and online processing was great, but when the person I sent the flowers to sent a thank you with a photo of the flowers, I was disappointed too see that the arrangement was messy looking. The flowers itself I know is picked as close to the photo as possible to match the colors and type, but the actual arrangement almost looked like they just threw the flowers in the vase and didn't take time to cut and place them or arrange them nicely.
Very misleading images from what you are purchasing. I got the middle size arrangement and it was smaller than the image online. I would have purchased the larger arrangement had i known the image shown was the biggest not the smallest. I felt like i was tricked. There should be notes or more images of the arrangement sizes. Otherwise it was a beautiful arrangement and the flowers type were like that in the image. Wish i knew i was downsizing the arrangement when i thought i was upgrading.
