This delivery made the recipient very happy and that was the goal. They delivered it in a very timely fashion, considering it being same day delivery. It's just a bit too expensive, but totally worth the happiness of the person who I gave it to.

Spent too much time clarifying order. The arrangement I had chosen online only could be delivered vía USPS and it arrives in a box to be put together by recipient.
Had to cancel two orders and place it to be delivered by local florist. Saw picture of arrangement. Did not like it.

Flowers in picture when I ordered showed sweetheart roses but actual bouquet contained daisies & mums plus lavender roses. Price I paid was for more roses than received! Disappointed!

I ordered a bouquet that I had sent twice to other friends, to my sister-in-law in New York. She got it in a timely manner;
However, when she sent me a picture online, I was very upset with the flowers.
I ordered a "mixed" bouquet with different colors, and her's was all pink.
Also, the roses in it were completely open, so it wasn't that fresh.
When I called customer service, and they sounded like they were in Singapore, I told

They said I would be sent a $10 gift certificate. When I said that didn't make me
Happy, the flowers were the wrong color, not fresh, etc., the woman repeated herself

However, the bouquet received looked nothing like the photo. And did not include all the flowers described. I am very dissatisfied with the product. I am going to contact the website and complain. It's an akward situation bc I can't tell the person who received the flowers that isn't what I paid for. I received a photo of the very lame bouquet and I'm embarrassed it has 2 roses & 2 iriss with a big red bow for $31... Not worth it. Unhappy beware of the QC of the florist.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
