This was one of the worst flower delivery experiences I have ever had. During ordering the prices are deceptive because they add on fees at the end that inflate the price dramatically. I had to call 3 times to make sure my flowers were actually delivered. I waited on hold 15-20 minutes each time. The flowers were delivered late at night, which disturbed my sick friend who I sent the flowers to. Also I paid $60 for a medium size bouquet, which arrived nothing like the photo preview. There were about 6 flower stalks, which means I paid $10 a flower!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
