The flowers that were delivered were nothing like the Rose and Lily Celebration that I ordered. The color scheme was quite different and it was much less attractive than the photo on your site.

I sent flowers to my friend-but I got the email asking if they were delivered? I think like most delivery companies-I should just receive a confirmation that that were delivered rather than an email asking me to confirm. Your company should confirm.

You should show before final pricing that delivery/ handling is going to be added. This would make things quicker for people who have a budget and they won't have to go delete products from order or have to decide on a whole other set. Thanks:)
AFTER RECEIVING... the flowers that were for my mother's birthday looked terrible! 50 dollars for flowers a card and some chocolates only to get a product that was whilting and brown! After calling customer service they offered me a 20$ gift card for their store and 20% refund. TERRIBLE experience. I do not want to buy anything from here again! Give me my money back!
