I sent flowers to my friend-but I got the email asking if they were delivered? I think like most delivery companies-I should just receive a confirmation that that were delivered rather than an email asking me to confirm. Your company should confirm.

AFTER RECEIVING... the flowers that were for my mother's birthday looked terrible! 50 dollars for flowers a card and some chocolates only to get a product that was whilting and brown! After calling customer service they offered me a 20$ gift card for their store and 20% refund. TERRIBLE experience. I do not want to buy anything from here again! Give me my money back!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
