Beautiful arrangement but pricey
The flowers I ordered had a very specific vase with a cross on it that I wanted and that is not was delivered.
The flowers I ordered were not near as pretty as the picture advertised. The picture was extremely full of lots of colorful flowers. The flowers they delivered were pretty sparse
Jim is the man. He turned a bad experience into a good one. I was upset at first but Jim did his thing and it's all good now
I was incredibly impressed with the speed of the delivery and the quality of the flowers. My girlfriend was beyond thrilled. It was a little expensive, but worth it.
I'm really upset with the actual presentation and product that was provided. The flowers look nothing like the picture which I know you have to wait for some of the bigger flowers to blossom but regardless it looked like someone just through it together and wasn't as full as the picture. I'm disappointed that it turned out the way it did for the price that I paid, also the delivery guy wasn't great either complaining about working overtime and that it took longer than it should to deliver as if it was my fault. If there's anyone I could speak with about a refund that would be great. Thank you for your time.
Although I was satisfied with ordering online from this company, my flower arrangement arrived at the funeral home without a card saying who it was from or the saying I put on the card. Also, the greenery had a couple of sprigs that had a wilting look. I ordered the premium arrangement and this did not meet my expectations.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
