I would like to have see the flowers look fresher and perkier. They appeared to be a bit droopy. Otherwise they were okay. Thank you.
They delivered my flowers on the wrong day. They also charged a hidden $14.99 delivery fee. When I called customer service I was on hold for 25 minutes. The first rep told me..."sorry we have problems like this all the time. I can give you a 20% refund. I told them this was unacceptable. I was transferred with yet more hold time. Another rep agreed to 50 refund and a 50% gift certificate. I have yet to get the refund. So disappointing. Use proflowers. If you do have an issue they at least make good and will refund you or fix the issue with no aggravation and lengthy holds.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
