I've used you many times always a good experience, HOWever, last week my sister and I sent flowers to my aunt to cheer her up from the loss of her long time friend. We ordered the Premium Clear Blue Sky bouquet and were hoping it would be represented as close to the picture as possible. When we visited my aunt on the weekend, the flowers were OK, but they were in a plain, clear glass vase- not the "Crystal Blue" vase for which the bouquet was named. It was the reason we picked that item and paid the higher price. I have used your site several time, always with good result, but I am truly disappointed with the product that was sent. I'm not sure of the florist used for the Los Alamitos area, but you might want to check it out.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
