I placed an order for Premium. This VERY small arrangement could in no way have been Premium. It was also missing the purple status which is one of the reasons I selected it. The vase was black and not like the photo which was blue. When I walked into the party I was embarrassed and disappointed in it's size and appearance. I will most likely not order again... maybe it's the florist fromyouflowers used but in any case VERY DISAPPOINTED. I have a picture if any one is interested!
The flowers that were delivered did not look like the flowers I ordered. Still very nice flowers. But disappointed that I didn't get flowers like the pictures or description.

Items labeled next day delivery were not actually available "next day"... were 3-4 days out. The item I ended up choosing was delivered a day early, which was okay, but not on my mom's actual birthday. However, my mom was thrilled and said the plant was beautiful.

Generally super happy with FromYouFlowers, I've always received great customer service (once they gave me my money back because my recipient wasn't home. Did not expect that at all.)! The only thing is I feel the size of the bouquets are a tad smaller in real life than they seem in the picture. I tend to pay for Deluxe, yet I'd have guessed they were regular sized. But overall, very happy!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
