The added extra fees are not forthcoming... The flowers did not look like the pictures online. I wasn't impressed by the flowers, the delivery time was the best feature otherwise not a great experience. The potential is there however they missed the mark.

TIME to delivery Ridiculous, order placed VERY Early morning delivered late afternoon. Sister wasn't home for delivery as result. NOT acceptable on my end of transaction.
The balloons were in plastic bag. Patient open bag there were 2 deflated ballons. Wrote on a card patient did not get the card. Today the ballons has all deflated down almost to the floor Please respond

It was a horrible experiance ordering from "fromyouflowers". The flowers came crushed and was already withering out by the time we started arranding it in the vase,. It was a total disappointment, Thank god we did not let this spoil the occasion and ordered a new set of flowers from a local florist for half the price - Pathetic service and will never order from them again.
Would like to have been offered the option to select a preferred delivery window, and/or the contact information for the florist handling the order, in order to be able to contact them to arrange/request a delivery window or check on delivery/order status
