1) Slightly disappointed that the fees added up to even more than I expected. Fees/taxes totaled about 38% of the bill.
2) I was expecting 'same day delivery'. Another order I would request that the florist advise me if any issues with delivery. I think the florist attempted to deliver 'same day' but no one was home but no message was left for the recipient and I did not receive any communication so was surprised when I asked recipient if they had gotten a delivery and the answer was no so I called customer service and discovered the situation.
If the flowers are as beautiful in person i will Love it
Quick and easy with so many great non floral choices. However if you live in a southern state be careful ordering chocolate covered anything. I just received the chocolate covered tower. All of it is melted. Customer service was awesome. They are resending and tell me they will insure it is not melted.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
