Overall, the product was good. I wish I could have spoken to a live person about the ETA for the flowers.

I also would have liked to pick some of the colors of the flowers I received even if it was a "Special Order" scenario.

I will say the price was the best I found and my wife loved them, but I would have liked to been more interactive in the process of what was picked and knowing when it was arriving to plan our day better.

Not perfect but definitely clutch. I'm more than likely will order from here again.

It was a little confusing in that the $10 off by submitting email address wasn't applied as the product we chose was already disounted, and then the $14.99 shipping and handling wasn't disclosed till the evry end of the order, which made me decide not to place the order, but I'm very happy that I was then emailed to let me now the shipping would be waived on this order. I'm very glad that I was abel to get such a good deal for this birthday gift to my Mom, and she will be very happy to know that I was able to as well.

Did not think the delivered product looked as full or colorful as the online picture. According to web it said the higher cost assured the delivered bouquet would be very similar to photo. But we are still glad this birthday order arrived on time.

The overall website use was very user-friendly and the price was high but I thought I would be receiving high quality flowers since I am a ways away from my friend I wanted them delivered to. When my friend recieved the flowers the looked somewhat wilted and very bare to say the least. Good service but know that you will pay a lot for "okay" flowers.

It was easy to order. I got the flowers on the day I asked for them. BUT, although the flower arrangement looked just like the pictures, the flowers were obviously wilted (except for the light green type flowers) the roses, irises, etc were all dull and just not fresh. These flowers were from us employees to a member of our credit union who lost her husband. It was almost hard to give them to her, because, unless she doesn't see well, they weren't fresh, and were disappointing. I have used 1-800- flowers 4 times before and Was always so pleased with the arrangements. If this is the product you send, I would suggest using a different florist. I can't tell someone else to try you. I hope this is helpful. I mean no disrespect, but, for $55 I would have expected so much more Blessings
