I would have preferred that the shipping/handling fee be noted at the beginning of my order instead of surprising me at the end.
Also, the flowers were delivered 1 day before I requested them to be delivered. I guess that's ok, but a little sloppy since they were a birthday gift. The flowers looked great in the picture I received from the recipient.
The online process of buying the flowers was amazing super easy! HOWEVER! Upon delivery I received a picture from the person thanking me for the flowers. I was not very happy due to the fact the purple flowers were clearly not fresh and the arrangement of the flowers was sloppily thrown together.
