I think the shipping cost (almost $40) on 2 items going to the same person on the same day is extremely high.
Worst customer service ever! Rude associates when I called because the delivery was late. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN
The process was easy but they initially were going to charge $14.99 for shipping so I canceled my order Then I got an email saying 'wait come back we're going to give you free delivery!' It felt a little like a rip off but it was a little more affordable than other websites for a last minute order of nice flowers.
It was fast and easy to order, my favorite thing is the custom vase. I think the shipping and handling is a little steep, but the cost for next day air, was reasonable. So it balanced out. I'm excited to see what my mom thinks of them. I've ordered from Proflowers in the past, and was not impressed at all with the quality. So I'm hoping fromyouflowers will be better.

Order was to be delivered 03/02. It did not arrive until late afternoon 03/03. I ordered the Bee Well bouquet as honeybees have a special significance. The arrangement instead included a stuffed frog---not at all what I wanted. The arrangement was bright and cheerful as I hoped it would be.
Some of the flowers were already starting to wither. But the arrangement was very nice.
The picture on the website showed a variety of colors and flowers used in the best priced category. The actual flowers delivered were very bland and just not what I've normaly experienced with This website.
I know there are different factors from city to city and which florists is used by this website. I felt the florist chosen for my specific order just threw in left over flowers or flowers not used often and overstuffed with greenery to take place of using more flowers.
I was very disappointed once I saw my order.
I have used this website many many times but will not use again for flowers needed in this particular city. The florist did a horrible job.

Great - easy to use website. Ordered from my phone and was pleased with the price and a beautiful birthday bouquet! Only disappointment was the $14.99 shipping and handling fee on top of the $2.99 weekend fee.
