Great service. However, I saw the arrangement yesterday. It was smaller than i expected, even though i upgraded. Sizes of arrangements should be noted for buyers.

Easy - bit high on processing. Will let you know when I see flowers if like in picture. They were a bit small for the price - lovely arrangement, but not quite as large as picture - would recommend you put something beside it to give better idea of size.

Flowers arrived at my sisters room a little in the day, but it's possible the medical center was somewhat at fault for this. Not being able to see what she got is somewhat of a handicap.

Got this for my brother! He loved it! It arrived in a box, so no one could tell it was a candy cake. The candy cake looks just like the picture and had clear plastic wrapping around it, great presentation.

I think the shipping cost (almost $40) on 2 items going to the same person on the same day is extremely high.

Worst customer service ever! Rude associates when I called because the delivery was late. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN

The process was easy but they initially were going to charge $14.99 for shipping so I canceled my order Then I got an email saying 'wait come back we're going to give you free delivery!' It felt a little like a rip off but it was a little more affordable than other websites for a last minute order of nice flowers.
