Always have had excellent service from Roma Florist in Oakville CT - quick delivery, beautiful arrangements with fresh, long-lasting flowers! However, we do NOT appreciate paying for "same day delivery" when the delivery is the next day. Could not find a notice on the From You Flowers website stating there is a 1PM cut-off for next day delivery (ordered just before 2 PM). From You Flowers website shows a 3PM cut-off time, but is the cut-off Eastern time, Central time, etc.? Also, Roma Florist does NOT charge for local delivery, yet there was a substantial delivery/service charge applied to my invoice. Next time I will be certain to order directly from Roam Florist!
Also, when I spoke with a customer service rep re these issues, I was informed that Roma Florist is not part of their network; however, the arrangement was delivered from that specific florist!
I would give them 0 rating if I could.
The flowers shown on the website is not what they deliver plus it says same day. Nope forget that too. They charge $2.99 for same day they sent me an email 3 hours later saying sorry they won't be delivered today but we will refund your money in 1-3 business days. My daughter sends me the picture it has 4 flowers of each and then filled with babys breath it wasn't even in the picture, clearly not the deluxe I had ordered absolutely ridiculous. I will make sure everyone I know doesn't order from this company again. I relied on this company to send a beautiful arrangement for her birthday since I live 2 1/2 hours away from her. The flowers on the left are the ones she got.

I live in California and my mom lives in Colorado and it was wonderful when she sent me picture of her flowers it was exactly what I had ordered online. Thank you for the prompt delivery and making my mom's birthday lovely.
Arrangement did not have the fruit in it that appeared in the picture and did not look like it was a Deluxe Premier Arrangement. Not happy with the arrangement.

Quick delivery - fresh flowers
Service charge is a bit high but willing to pay for convenience factor however when I saw a picture of the arrangement that was delivered (birthday present for sister in law), I was very disappointed. I ordered a beautiful yellow and blue arrangement...since the exact flowers that it contained were listed, I assumed the florist filling the order would follow the directions but the only flower that matched description were 3 yellow roses. The color scheme turned out to be pink and white with the yellow roses and lots of greenery...certainly not the $50 arrangement I expected. I know it's the thought that counts but I feel like we did not receive he value or goods advertised...next time I will be more inclined to deal directly with local florist.

The basket did not look like what was advertised. I picked this basket because of all the candy and cookies shown and when my friend received this basket (a birthday gift) it was filled with mostly chips. I'd say about 15-20 dollars worth of snacks cost me $60+.
I have received the flowers and altho they were pretty and fresh - they were nothing like the ones pictured on your website. I could have gotten a larger bouquet from Trader Joes for 5.99 - So I guess I would say that I was disappointed in that way.
