Quick and easy. The flowers that I ordered didn't look anything like what my daughter got. They were for her birthday, so I was really hoping for a good experience, but I have to say I was disappointed. Also the price I was supposed to have been charged was $31.99 but it turns out I was charged $39.99. I was still ok with this as it was a same day delivery, but not considering the quality of the arrangement. I'm not sure I would use this service again. Always have had excellent service from Roma Florist in Oakville CT - quick delivery, beautiful arrangements with fresh, long-lasting flowers! However, we do NOT appreciate paying for "same day delivery" when the delivery is the next day. Could not find a notice on the From You Flowers website stating there is a 1PM cut-off for next day delivery (ordered just before 2 PM). From You Flowers website shows a 3PM cut-off time, but is the cut-off Eastern time, Central time, etc.? Also, Roma Florist does NOT charge for local delivery, yet there was a substantial delivery/service charge applied to my invoice. Next time I will be certain to order directly from Roam Florist!
Also, when I spoke with a customer service rep re these issues, I was informed that Roma Florist is not part of their network; however, the arrangement was delivered from that specific florist!
I would give them 0 rating if I could.
The flowers shown on the website is not what they deliver plus it says same day. Nope forget that too. They charge $2.99 for same day they sent me an email 3 hours later saying sorry they won't be delivered today but we will refund your money in 1-3 business days. My daughter sends me the picture it has 4 flowers of each and then filled with babys breath it wasn't even in the picture, clearly not the deluxe I had ordered absolutely ridiculous. I will make sure everyone I know doesn't order from this company again. I relied on this company to send a beautiful arrangement for her birthday since I live 2 1/2 hours away from her. The flowers on the left are the ones she got.

I live in California and my mom lives in Colorado and it was wonderful when she sent me picture of her flowers it was exactly what I had ordered online. Thank you for the prompt delivery and making my mom's birthday lovely.
Arrangement did not have the fruit in it that appeared in the picture and did not look like it was a Deluxe Premier Arrangement. Not happy with the arrangement.
