We were very disappointed with the non-service that we received. We ordered flowers for an engagement event and paid for same day delivery and wanted to surprise the couple with beautiful flowers. We got an email stating that the flowers were delivered a few hours later, but they were not. We called the service, they admitted that the email was a mistake and promised to deliver it the following day.The next day passed and still the flowers were not delivered. At this point we cancelled the order since it lost its meaning. This is not a professional service.

The flowers were ok but by the next day two of the roses had wilted already. The roses were pink in color with white flower mixed in but the vase was not full and was red in color with no bow around it.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
