Flowers were beautiful and delivered on the day but were just left on the front porch. Carly was only out for a very short time during the day and would have preferred delivery while she was home.

Follow up: Admittedly, I placed my order for same day delivery and the item I ordered, one of the premium Birthday flower cakes was identified as available for same day delivery. I then needed to scramble to prepare for my Mom's 85th birthday dinner. I never saw the email fromyouflowers.com sent 90 minutes or so after placing my order that the florist in my area could not accommodate the item I ordered and a substitute would be sent instead...until early this morning. You can imagine my surprise and disappointment when I saw the flowers delivered. They were beautiful so I have no complaints as to quality, just not what I anticipated and unaware at that time a substitute would be made. Not everyone is on their phone checking mail or texts 24/7.
Overall it was a good experience. I didn't read carefully which flowers were delivered arranged by a local florist and which came boxed. Mine ended up coming UPS in a box but they were still very nice.

Good so far...waiting for delivery and will update...recieved my order and was supposed to be I love you bear and balloons...balloons don't even say I love you...that's the name of the collection how can they not say what the picture shows?
