I did not see the arrangement which I had seen just a couple days ago, and wanted to send.
The flowers were delivered on time, and the recipient was very pleased. Since I did not see the flowers, I can't rate the arrangement other than the recipient was pleased.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
