---- Purchase process required the phone number of the person receiving the flowers...unfortunately no one called to verify that she was at home and the flowers, chocolates and balloon were left out side. I was not happy about that. But over all it was fine

The speed of delivery was fantastic and my Dad was very thrilled with the surprise! For the money, I was hoping that the quality of the products would have been better or more premium. But, in this situation, it turns out that a lot of the "snack" food sent was right up his alley. Perhaps expectations could be improved by including some examples on the website of what might be included, ie: Pepsi, Cheetos, M&M's, etc.
My orser looked ok. A little rushes and not quite what I expected.

The reason I made the purchase was specifically due to that particular Tea Cup type and color. I feel that if a selected item will not be available for delivery, you should at least contact the customer and let them decide if they want the other option or not.
