I am very satisfied with my purchase and can't wait to use this site again. I sent an arrangement from Boston to Florida, not knowing which florist would provide my order. In the past I've used many different flower sites and I've always been left disappointed. It was always the same issue, where I chose an arrangement as shown, order placed and delivered, arrives as a completely different arrangement. This has been the first time where I'm happy with everything! All I can say is, Finally. Thank you so much!

Great price and product but the the extra fees at the end are a bit much. When you are all said and done with the handling and tax it's twice the price!
The order was never received. Once contacted, they offered a minimal refund with a delivery date of 2 additional days. What a joke. After being on hold for over 10 minutes awaiting a customer service representative a full refund was requested and granted. Just a word of caution with their discounted offers and delivery times.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
