I ordered the flowers to be delivered on Tuesday. They were not delivered until Wednesday at 4:47. They are wilting. If I had been in a UPS truck for 2 days I would be wilting also.
I do not understand why you had to send them from Georgia to N Carolina. Just call a florist in the town and have them delivered. This is totally unacceptable.

The flowers were left on the porch - no notice on the door. After 19 inches of snow, they just found them today after shoveling the entire deck. It might have been nice to tape a notice to the door so they would have known to look for them. Hopeful they will open and be beautiful, not real sure at this point.

I'm a new disappointed customer, my girlfriend received the flowers just yesterday and today one day later are already turning black and looking dry on the petals. The flowers were kept in a cool environment and for one day old flowers they look awful and my girlfriend is complaining. Try using fresher flowers for your customers. I won't be a returning customer after this experience.
I selected fromyouflowers specifically because I wanted delivery over shipping, but they were shipped. I do see where the arrangement specified shipping, but it wasn't clear when I ordered. (She loved them anyway)
They'll take your money. End up to the delivery way late. Worst of all, they'll give you completely different product than you ordered and expect you to smile about it. No hope of customer service as I waited 45 minutes to speak to anyone and gave up. DONT BE PLAYED FOR A FOOL! I sure looked like one.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
