I recently submitted an order for Fresh fruit and Chocolate Candy gift basket order number *******. All through the basket was delivered on time we were disappointed with the overall contents of the basket. Which do not at all resemble what was displayed on the website.
The basket was on the website displays a varied selection of fruits and regular sized candy bars. While the recipient got apples, bananas, and miniature candy bars. Attached are the pictures of what the basket is supposed to look like and what we actually received.
I do not believe that the amount we paid reflects what was delivered.

I expect flowers that I ordered to look like the picture on the site. I just saw the flowers and for what I paid for does not relate to flowers my mother received. They were lacking a lot of flowers and the color was incorrect. I expected the flowers on the website and I did not get that. For a first time customer, you did not succeed my expectations.
My sister LOVED the flower cake I sent her. She said it made her day.
