My friend sent me a picture of the flowers I ordered to be sent to her. The picture she sent looked nothing like what I had ordered. There were six pink roses with small filler. What I ordered was in lavender and purple colors. My friend was happy with the flowers and they were delivered on time. I don't think I would order though this company again.
The arrangement had wilted irises and only 3 roses. I was extremely embarrassed. The website kept prompting me to spend more by adding a guaranteed delivery tube for another fee, more flowers for an additional fee, etc.

I was disappointed the blue ribbon was missing. A white ribbon with blue print was substituted. Perhaps blue was gone but I feel it actually is what made the red, white and blue all come together.
So I was able to meet the cut-off time for same day delivery, paid the additional couple of dollars, but delivery was not made same day. Delivery was made the next day instead. I was refunded the 3:00 but was disappointed that the delivery was not made when agreed upon. Lastly on the check-out screen, the message said my credit card did not process, so I tried again and again and again...then used Pay Pal and it processed. When checking my Credit Card company on-line today, i was charged 4 times...72.97 on my VISA and another 72.97 on my PAYPAL. PLEASE contact me ASAP to clear this matter - *******242 Larry
Was to have same day delivery! Was not delivered till 2 days later! Unacceptable! When I called about the order, the rep I spoke to did not speak English very well and was not helpful at all.

I'm a bit nervous about this order as your online reviews are so poor. If this goes well I will definitely order again. If not I will probably never order again. However, the site was pretty easy to navigate.
I was not expecting to dorms any extra $15 to $20 to ship, taxes etc on this order.
My order was delivered after 5pm to a business for a birthday order...not cool. The quality was good, and the florist called my recipient, but i even ordered a week early, it should have been delivered earlier in the work day when i indicated delivery to a business.
So much variety, something for everyone and great discounts! The deliveries are exactly as ordered, on time and beautifully arranged! Very satisfied and will be back.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
