Loved that you could deliver the same day! Was only a little disappointed when I saw the flowers because I thought there would be sunflowers in it based on the photo online. But they were still very pretty.

Delivery fee was not addressed until final checkout. Your website needs to add the notification of the additional fees for delivery up front so a shopper knows the 'real' cost of the item.
The picture on the site and the arrangement I received were not the same. My arrangement was not as pretty and much smaller than I expected, especially since I upgraded. I ordered a purple arrangement and requested purple balloons and received pink ones. This wouldn't normally be a big deal, but did add to my disappointment. The Birthday balloon was black and looked more 'over the hill' than pretty.
The flowers were delivered the same day I ordered them and the recipient said they were beautiful!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
