Delivery charges are very expensive.
The order experience was not good. I selected a 24.99 option why when I go to check out is my total $49.99? Why is the vase shown an extra $9.99? It was shown as if it was included in the price $24.99. I needed to get this done, so I completed the order but, had I had extra time I would have searched for a better deal.

You need to create a special information box for special instructions. I am having something delivered for my son at school, I would prefer it be delivered by the end of day for him, 2:30 pm. Overall it was a good experience but I do wish there were smaller setups for younger kids.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
