I'm not at all happy with how you folks "offer" deals then on the back end of the order toss up $14.99 handling. I'm trying to SAVE money by using your service, but once you folks start adding on the "delivery fees & handling fees" I could actually contact a local florist & place an order with a human & STILL pay close to what you folks are charging. And your restrictions on the amount I must spend or you won't allow me to place an order leaves a bad taste in my mouth also.
My friend liked the flowers
The flowers were delivered on time and were beautiful. However, all but two of the tulips were fully open when delivered which means the longevity of the flowers is quite limited. I would have hoped that the tulips would have been slightly opened but not fully opened. For the price of 15 tulips, I'm disappointed that they will last for only a few days. Thank you.

Waiting until the order is one click from complete to spring the extra $15 service & handling fee is deceptive business. To be a five star business you need to disclose the fee up front. You should make the change.
Flowers were delivered on time and expected quality.
Ordering was quick and easy, and self-explanatory. First attemp at delivery of the surprise bouquet did not go to completion as receiver was not aware of delivery and did not respond to call. Delivery had to be rescheduled for the next day and was no longer a surprise. Same day fee and discount was credited to account for the confusion.
So far OK!...Delivered on time to our daughter-in-law on her birthday. She thought they looked gorgeous, sent us a picture via e-mail, and my wife and I agreed!

I order from fromyouflowers.com about once or twice a year. The $14.99 service charge is always a surprise for me. It would be a much more pleasant experience to have a reminder while I'm looking at the prices for your products so I don't get sticker shock when I get to "checkout."
For total satisfaction I will want to see hear from our friends how the flowers looked and lasted. The recipients of my gift of flowers both said they were beautiful. They were ordered on the day I asked early in the day so I was pleased with that.
