I just got a picture of the flowers. Not at all what I ordered. Pretty upset that you dont followup with the local florist who did this arrangement. Not worth the $50 I paid. I will never order from your site again.
Flowers were okay thought they might be fuller and they did not have the streamers that I thought were in the picture otherwise everything was fine. My mind isn't great and i did look at a lot of flowers so this could be on me.
High delivery fee
Your handling fees are ridiculously steep. I don't mind paying for services but to add on a $15 charge just for that is a bit much. Regardless, thanks for your service.
