I placed an order for flowers and balloons for my best friends birthday which was on a Sunday. I placed the order a few days in advance with guaranteed Sunday delivery. I got an email late Sunday (no phone call or anything), saying they couldn't deliver Sunday sorry. They said they would ensure Monday delivery. I was upset at the late response and by the time I got the email it was to late in the day. Monday afternoon rolls around and STILL nothing at all. I called You Flowers and again, oh sorry, nobody to make what you want, we will try again tomorrow. Nope, they're late please refund me. Ma'am I said tomorrow we can try again. I told her again, it was too late and I was dissatisfied with their lack of customer service. Now, just waiting for my refund.

The flowers looked old and wilted my second order from you and I thought I would give a second chance and was very disappointed in the flowers
I love that there was same day delivery for gift baskets and balloons. Most hospitals won't allow fresh flowers, especially in the ICU, so I could still send a birthday present when someone unexpectedly wound up in the hospital. I am hoping that delivery goes smoothly tomorrow! Thank you!
Update:. The gift was received in time and appreciated. I didn't get any photos of what it looked like but the recipient seemed to like the gift.
Same day delivery was only an extra $3.99. A lot of floral or gift delivery services charge significantly more!
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
