When I came on to your site, I got a message that if I "clicked here," I'd save 20% today. When I went to pay, the price was just as advertised on the site. As it was a small $19.99 order, I am not too troubled, but I don't like the blind switch. Thus, I'll probably go back to ProFlowers.com. However, I'll also wait to hear how the recipient likes the freshness and packing of the flowers.
The flowers were a next day birthday gift and the recipient thought they were lovely. I'd like to know about the add on fees next time before I finish my shopping experience.
My daughter was happy with the bouquet she received but it looked significantly different from the one I ordered online, for what I paid, was disappointed it wasn't more colorful like the one online.

Did not receive confirmation of delivery. I had to call company and ask. They couldn't reach local florist to confirm, but said they had delivery notice in their records. Recipient however said flowers were beautiful.
The 14.98 handling charge was an unwelcome surprise. Dishonest.
The 'flowers' that arrived were not even flowers. They were buds that were not at all open. They seemed kind of droopy and pathetic as well.

I ordered the flowers early AM and did not know it would take all day to deliver flowers at the end of the day. We are only here 2.5 more hours as we close at 4:30. Why would flowers be delivered at 5:00 pm anyway. You've missed the entire day of a joyful event.
In response to my complaint and verification of non delivery I was issued a full refund for delivery and flowers. However, still will not use this company again.
I ordered flowers at 4/4 9:00 a.m. as a birthday gift paid for same day delivery. The delivery company said they couldn't locate address as it was not in their GPS called the recipient@ 2:00 p.m. which gave them detailed directions (its not hard to find). I spoke to the recipient at 5:00 p.m. and they still had not received flowers. They gave me the delivery persons number. I called and they said they couldn't find the address via their GPS after looking for 45 minutes her boss said to bring them back to the shop because they had 13 other deliveries. I said but i was a birthday gift how could you not find it when you were given directions? All she said was sorry. When I got home that night I had an email indicating the flowers were delivered! They were not when I called customer service they offered to refund the delivery fees and said they would be delivered today but I would be called with a delivery time. Today is 4/5@ 3:52 NO FLOWERS NO CALL. Just called customer service the Flower shop that was supposed to deliver the flowers is closed. So no flower delivery again today. This is NOT acceptable not sure if issues falls on this company or the flower delivery company. But either way they are responsible, they said they were going to credit my account for a full refund. We shall see if that happens.
Very easy process and great prices with a variety of items to choose from. The delivery time was awesome but it was a bunch of flowers stuck in a small vase that it looked like they were going to fall over and it took away from the beautiful arrangement because it looked so awkward in this small vase it looked so bad that the person that I ordered them for which was my mother asked me to never send her flowers again. So to say the least I was very disappointed with the way the flowers came that is why it took me so long to do this survey.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
