Was easy to order, I dont know if it was delivered. Of course it was a sympathy arrangement. I probably will hear from them later. Other than not knowing if it was delivered my experience was very good.
Delivery charges way too expensive
The flowers arrived THREE DAYS LATE! The whole time sitting in some backroom post office without fresh water. The flowers arrived at half-health.
I chose the medium size basket and it was arranged just like the picture. It was very beautiful. The occasion was just one day so I do not know how the flowers held up after that, but I was very pleased with how it looked.
What was received looked nothing like the photo that I ordered. Severely disappointed. You should show photos of all three sizes of selections to avoid customer dissatisfaction, so the buyer actually knows what they're getting. Thank you.

If felt that the price was a fair bit a little expensive foot my budget. But the flowers were nice and delivery just made it. My friend checked out a couple hours after he got them. But that was no fault to you. The DR. Realesrd him a day early. Overall I will use your services again.
My husband and I ordered 2 standing spray premium size for my grandma funeral. First of all my flowers showed up late when I specified time in which service was open. Second we ordered premium sprays and we recieved standard size. I called customer service and was only reimbursed $30(15% for one and 10% for the 2nd one) Service rep was hard to hear due to language barrier as well. I was still upset that I called again and management was worse. Offered me another 15% reimbursement back on both on top of my first reimbursement and that only added up to 60 bucks back. They were not all allowed to tell us who their venders were bc I was going to return the flowers to them. We did not spend $300 only to get $60 back. First time AND LAST TIME I ORDER FROM THEM!@ EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!
They were delivered a day late but they apologized and sent extra balloons
Absolute beautiful daffodils delivered one day after ordering to my mother-in-law who lives in the middle of no where. Definitely recommend!
Very disappointed. The second time with this floral shop. Flower on top of cake half dead on first day. Was put together poorly. I upgraded expected better. I won't order again when ordering flowers Down Town Mpls.

My friend was very pleased.
I'm pleased with the variety of choices; very pleased with the sites simplicity. The only issue was the delivery fee - I purposely choose a location that was really close to the delivery address to insure a cheaper delivery fee - I just feel it was a bit much. Overall I'm more than likely to use the service again.
Thought the pricing was fair until I saw the $14.99 S/H fee. I feel like I was mislead after reading the "free shipping" advert, which does not apply to same-day deliveries (also not well disclosed up front)
My 1st order was disappointing,though my concerns were met with a slight refund. Thought I would try again. 2nd order was premium and what i received was between reg and deluxe as well as not colors i wanted. Phone local shop to express my concern, came next day and tried to resolved by removing flowers. Yes they gave me me more of my color but took so many out instead of adding that it was more sparse that i would state I now had a reg order. This was for my mom 75th bday.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
