My 23.99 flower order turned into over $45. Not pleased with that. Same-day delivery did not happen and there were no carnations in the arrangement as stated in the description.
The arrangement was small it was not full of flowers like the picture. Mist of the other arrangements I have purchased were true to the advertised picture.

Order was supposed to go out the same day, looked online and said it had been delivered, called the recipient and they didn't receive it. Paid an extra $2.99 to have it delivered same day, had to make several call. Finally was delivered next day at 5:00 pm. Will not be ordering from here again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
