I hope this is as beautiful as it looks! My flowers were supposed to arrive by 12:00 PM, and were not received until after 3 PM. My sister said they were nice.

The flowers were not delivered on the scheduled date-reason never given because when I called aabout the delivery the florist was closed. The representative said they would be delivered the following morning and the flowers would be upgraded. The flowers were delivered and were very nice.
You gave a delivery timeline of between 9-5 (which I pd. $5 extra for). I left my friend's Shiva at around 4 pm, not yet delivered. It would have been nice if it had arrived earlier, say even around 2/3. I know she received it because she thanked me but who knows at what time? Oh well.
So far, it's been easy, quick, and I enjoy the selections. Beautiful product, enjoyed by all!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
