I was very pleased with the entire experience. What made me happiest was the same day delivery option.
I've used this service several times
Prices are a little high but at least you don't charge an internet service fee like I've seen on some sights! I was also upset that I was not notified that the delivery time had changed to the day before the time I requested. I was given a 20% discount, wow, a whole $9.00 off! And I wasn't even told I was being put on hold to find out the reason for the change either, so I had to sit wondering whether someone was coming back on the line or not to which I hung up and called back, by then Vanessa had called me back and explained that the Florist did not have any deliveries in the area on my requested delivery day so they went ahead and delivered them the day before without contacting me first, so needless to say I'm not happy with the whole experience.
Everything was great except the $15 handling fee was not part of the initial quote and seemed sneaky to add it after viewing the cart during checkout.
Great timing with delivery, less than 2 hours from time of order!

Roses were not in good shape upon arrival. The edges of the roses were turning brown. Very disappointed.

The Website makes the arrangement a lot more exciting than it actually was once it arrived. I also thought that even though I did choose a vase, that at least for $56.00, I could have received a plastic container that simply needed filling. I chose not to get a glass vase because they were $10/ea for the smallest one. I do not do a lot of flower shopping and I suppose I have to consider delivery and the cost of packaging a glass container. I purchased these flowers for a co-worker that was SO EXTREMELY unappreciative, that the experience was not worth the trouble. I will go to the local grocery store. Maybe save this flower experience for someone in the hospital. The plastic vase is a nice thought to consider. Thank you.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
