You need to tell people upfront what the shipping charge is going to be instead of waiting until the end!

I received an email and a subsequent refund for the shipping after.
I was pleased with that outcome as all I asked for, was what was offered to me.

Your web page was very difficult to sign in to. I had made a password the other day and it did the same thing. I signed in as a guest. So my order for Daffodils to Madrene Roberts 750 Rockhurst, Birmingham, AL ******* received an order of frozen daffodils. They never fully opened up and turned brown in two days. She threw them away and said I should complain to you.

Shipping is high. Basket was waay smaller than it appeared online also had very little fruit, did not come with a big blue bow like in the picture but a small blue ribbon, disaapointed
