What was online was not exactly what we received... Itwas cheap looking very little effort was made to bouquet. Maybe a total of 4 actually flowers were in display, otherwise there was cheap filler and weeds. Not what was in photo on website AT ALL! Extremely disappointed with product, but satisfied with order process. Sorry cannot see wasting my money in the future. These were for my daughter 's 13th Birthday and we could have done better ourselves...

This was wonderful and easy. I had a bad experience in the past so I just want to be sure everything goes off without a hitch.
It said my order was delivered and it wasn't! Hard to reach the company. Never got a return call. Flowers finally showed up and the quality was terrible.
This is always been good. I've never had a problem. Only one time was ever disappointed with the quality of the flowers but has been great for other orders. I still come here because they were need to go and on the days I ask for. Thanks again for helping.

The dozen roses were wilted when my Mother received them and there was no green fillers so the roses were leaning in the vase. Only goid thing was the vase turned out.

The purchasing of the flowers was great, however the delivery process was not that good. One set of flowers did not get delivered till near the end of the day. Find out updated status on deliveries was impossible.
