I didn't like the 14.99 added at the end of the transaction without prior knowledge that it would be there. Tell the customer up front. It's sneaky. My daughter did not receive the dish garden like the one pictured. It was a sad imitation. It did not have all the different plants mentioned nor did it have any height to it. Extremely disappointed. I will not be ordering from you again.
I ordered a bouquet, balloons, teddy bear, and candy. We got the bouquet and balloons, but no bear or candy. I called the florist and she said that's how the order came in...just flowers and balloons. They said they made a bigger bouquet for the amount that was paid. After I called to inquire, they sent the bear and candy the next day.
Prices seem fair... i will have to wait and see how the flowers actually look...

Instead of a mason jar, an ordinary vase was substituted. Instead of sunflowers, substantially less dramatic yellow flowers were substituted. I ordered it specifically because they fit the 'country' bouquet description. I'm very disappointed!
The flowers that were delivered barely resembled the photograph. They were supposed to be peach and they were multi colored and pink.
Confused why I'am getting charged $2.99 for same day/weekend delivery when i chose Monday April 16,2018?
The flowers went to my sister in law and from pictures did not seem as up to par as previous orders. The bouquet was not as full and seemed droopy.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
