Instead of a mason jar, an ordinary vase was substituted. Instead of sunflowers, substantially less dramatic yellow flowers were substituted. I ordered it specifically because they fit the 'country' bouquet description. I'm very disappointed!

I ordered the premium version which from the description...I was fine with the price. The person who received the order sent a picture and it looked a 10 dollar basket of stuff you can buy off the side of the road. I usually like what is sent...i expected more when I paid more.

While I did not have an issue with the website specifically. I have an issue with the product I received. Whoever put the flower arrangement together definitely tried to make it look as similar to the picture online as possible but honestly it looked like someone had made a mistake and tried to cover it up. The roses I ordered were supposed to be cut and placed in such a way that it gave the look of a dome like shape but this was not the case. Some roses were cut too short and it looked like extra leaves were placed in to cover the mistake. The arrangement definitely had the potential to look better.

Delivery was close to 7 which was a bit disappointing. My Mom was waiting for her birthday flowers all day.

One issue I did have with the website however was that when ordering the arrangement there were options the arrangement me regular, deluxe, and i can remember exactly what the third option was called. I picked deluxe hoping to receive more flowers but in truth there was really no clear indication of how these choices would eventually effect your order

I ordered sunflowers for my best friends birthday. The flowers were lovely, but the tin vase they came in leaked. Would've liked to have a better ton, but overall, she was satisfied with her flowers.

The person I sent them to said the fruit tasted good and fresh. It was for a Get Well at home and made their day. Sometimes a basket is better than flowers, it is something you can share with guests.

So far so good. I will reserve my opinion until after delivery. I have had bad results from other companies in the past.
The plant my sister received first didn't have the flowers that were pictured in original choice. I notified you and she received a second one with flowers and a bonus little bird. She loves birds and she was thrilled with it. Thank you so much for helping me cheer her, I am very pleased.
