I was very pleased with the flowers that were delivered when I ordered previously from From You Flowers. Unfortunately, the flowers that were delivered to my mom yesterday were small (I ordered the medium size) and were over bloomed. She'll be lucky if they last two days. Super disappointed and dissatisfied.
No where during the process was I told that there would be a $14.99 fee for handling. If I had been told this earlier in the process, it would have made me much more likely to have rated this experience higher. I will not recommend this site to ANYONE! The flowers were delivered very early on the date requested and the order was as described. Floweres were very nice. Considering I received a discount, and flowers were delivered on time, I am still not very pleased with the price all due to the $14.99 handling fee that was not mentioned during the selection of the flowers. That is my main complaint. Please be up front with the handling fee for your customers.
