Very easy to use and user friendly. Like discounted price of flowers, however, with same day delivery charge and shipping/handeling it became a tad pricey.

The flowers were left outside the entrance door to the house without ringing the bell.
Nobody knew they were there till I called the person with the birthday wishes around 8pm.
I had to asked her if she received them and she said now. Than she checked outside the front door and sure enough, the box was outside the door. The delivery to me means handing the box of flowers to the receiver not leaving them outside anonymously. Who knows how long the flowers were sitting outside. She emailed me the picture and some of the roses were fully opened. Who knows how long she will be able to enjoy them.
I am not satisfied with the delivery aspect of my experience with your business.
I will be reluctant to shop with you again or to recommend it to someone else.
Price was good and the Web was good too.

I ordered the night before & the flowers arrived the next day in beautiful condition!
Great experienxe but I entered a code for free upgrade and still was charged. Not sure why... otherwise great experience
The arrangement I chose online was in a clear mason jar, the arrangement that was received was in a magenta vase, a little disappointing. The flowers are pretty but sparse in comparison to the online picture especially for the price.
The flowers didn't look like what I ordered an the delivery was not very good lucky my girlfriend loved them anyways
I checked one flower level and by the time i checked out the order level was one higher and expedited shipping had been added for 14.99 but i was able to delete that but not able to go back to change bouquet level without redoing order so i ended up paying more than i expected.
Ordering process was easy and was delivered within hours. I would use this service again.
VERY EASY TO SHOP but I thought that I was ordering an actual cake. I was a little disappointed when I found out later it was flowers. They were nice but not what I thought I ordered my fault didnt read it fully when ordering. I'll read into it more next time.
