So easy to order, and fast delivery!
So simple to order, there was a service fee I wasn't expecting for 14.99. So disappointed, I up graded to top of the line and got 3 roses one half dead, 8 carnations, white daisies, bright pink and it was to be soft pink. I was in tears.
Placing the order on the web went smoothly. I had opted for weekend delivery on aSunday but for some reason his time could not be met. They did deliver the flowers the very next day and refunded the extra fee I had paid for the Sunday delivery. The arrangement was very beautiful and my wife loved it.
I've been in the shop before and had good service and a good experience. This went just as well.
Some leaves were yellow and some branches wilted. My family member was disappointed with this order.
Pain free web site. My 95 year old mother received her gardenia plant today and was thrilled with it. It's her favorite plant and she said it was full of buds and she can't wait until they open.

I delivered the flowers to my mother and they were beautiful. They were so much better then I imagined they could be.
Ordered the plant on the 3rd of May to be delivered on the 9th of May and it was. I am about 900 miles away but my son said she was pleased.

I ordered an extra bouquet by mistake and could not find a way to remove it or modify it. I had to redo from scratch
2nd points I did not mentionned the handling fee before the end.

Have always been more than happy with flowers in past but this time I am very dissatisfied and probably will not order again unless it's a flower emergency. The flowers delivered were completely different from what I picked out on the website.
I was disappointed in the delivered arrangement. It did not resemble what I believed I was paying for in relation to what was pictured on the website. The flowers provided were few and pale. The best thing about the arrangement was the vase.
As soon as my mother received her order I asked her to send me pictures so I could compare the photo of the bouquet online with what she actually received.
I am very disappointed and saddened at the carelessly thrown together bouquet she was delivered. A third grader could have done as well.:-(
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
