It seems like you're getting a good price until you get to the last screen, where you slap on a $15 delivery fee. I imagine I would spend less on the same thing with a smaller company discount and a smaller delivery fee. Feels like "bait and switch."
The bouquet was red instead of yellow, there were no tulips (main reason I selected this assortment). I upgraded to ensure the bouquet was at least as nice as the photograph.
The picture on the website shows a big beautiful full arrangement. In actuality the flowers were smaller than expected. Still very fresh flowers, just thought it would be bigger. I've bought similar flowers at my local grocery store for half the price. I've been let down by the florist you use and your company the last couple of times. Won't be back.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
