You always wonder if the flowers you send will look like the picture. My order was beautiful & the person I sent them to was so impressed with how beautiful they were.
Illustrations show 12-16" tall and, 5-7"diameter flowers.not the,3" diameter flower and 12" max height I received on May19 not the 20ith on order
Very disappointed to see how small the deluxe is. The deluxe looks like a small size and I feel I paid way too much of what this arrangement is really worth. Never doing business with this company again.

I love how convientent this company's makes sending flowers for all occasions. Although I would like to see some more species of flowers to choose from.
I already use this website for work and created now this account for personal use but what I dont like is the misleading of suppose discounts you are giving me on the daily emails I get and once I click and go to look the items all just have discount and is not that you are offering it specific on email but website and general for everybody, also the shipping and handling is high and when it says is free the price on flowers go up so theres NEVER really a discount or good deals on ordering flowers on your website. Also the flowers completely different the Roses are the most expensive flowers and we got one with some bug the ones they sent were cheaper and not even 1 rose also we paid 5usd for a happy mother's day and wasnt included and we were not even told or I formed of this changes to see if we still wanted it or not or to get that money back we found out from person de dived that sent us a pic with it and that's when we saw it wasn't what we ordered and didnt hace a balloon so we asked and they said no balloon, we had to call several times and really long time on hold to talk to somebody then they said refund of 10usd ghat we agreed to and then we get is a stupid gift certificate that we will probably never used as we dont hace that much family here or will send flowers to soon just this person we just did and we sent flowers every 5yrs ir longer si very bad and poor customer service when it was totally your fault not ours, we should have got a full refund for sending something total different without informing us if it was ok or not cause we would have said no thank you then dont send anything then or half or it refund for not having the ball in either. Very annoying and misleading with discounts as well, you are not a very transparent website and maybe before I didnt got any issues because it was the business that I was sending flowers from so we really didnt have a way to find out if employee ir customers received what we really ordered
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
