This was pretty easy. I'm out of town & have relative in Fla. Hospital with his birthday approaching. I saw this website and figured this would be a great gift to send him.
I gave flowers to my sister for her birthday and she said " they were truly special!".
I had been disappointed in the flowers that arrived to my soon to be daughter in-law's memorial for her dad. I expressly chose blue flowers with a blue vase for him because that was his favorite color. Instead what arrived was a purple vase and not one blue flower. BUT to my great surprise fromyouflowers.com offered to re-send the arrangement I had wanted and were very sorry about the mix-up. I would use them again!

I paid for a Deluxe Flower Bouquet for my sister in New Mexico. I live in Iowa so I ask her to send me a photo. Her bouquet was pretty, however, had one-half the flowers a Deluxe Bouquet had. I sent an email immediately to the website where I used my Discover card to pay $62. And said I would like a refund of one-half of the price put back on my credit card. The reply I received
Said use this code for $12.00 off my next order. However, as soon as I placed my order, there was a message on the order page that said I had qualified for $12.00 off my next order. The reply to me after my sister's flowers arrived also said they would let the business that delivered the flowers know I was dissatisfied. I will be a wiser shopper next time and NOT use this wed site!
Order experience was good. Delivery was not made when promised. Candy was included but was not requested.
