It was easy to order online and delivery was on point and price fine. I typically order from a local flower shop and decided to try this online option. The flower arrangement was fine but nothing special. It seemed to have fewer flowers and more extra floral type items.
My order was confirmed to be shipped on Sunday, May 20,2018. I received email telling me it shipped the 19th. I didn't request the 19th and should've been called and offered the option to cancel my order. That's bad business!

I was hoping for more spring, bright flowers, like the picture on the website, but the flowers were all red. Don't get me wrong, The arrangement of flowers were beautiful & my mom loves them.

They received the flowers but it is not like the photo of the promotion, it has more green leaves than flowers. The flower arrangement does not have many flowers as they have in the promotion. It's the second time I bought through this page and I was disappointed. I do not buy more again. They should have customers satisfied and present things as they are.

The flowers arrived in good condition, a bit of a surprise charge at the end of your order but the cost is about the same as everywhere else.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
